I'm starting off this new year leaning into lessons I'm learning from the ice. Yes, ice aka water in static motion (an oxymoron), the cold of Winter, and what it means to stop rushing and focus on the beauty of stillness at a time when so much in society demands a constant and rapid grind. I do hope this newsletter finds you in a state of inner-peace and with a cool head as we open January and what I'm sure will be a phenomenal Aquarius season!
