Revolutionary Rest: A Yoga and South Bath Experience

  • Black Panther Party Museum 1427 Broadway Oakland, CA, 94612 United States (map)

Revolutionary Rest is a monthly offering from Artist As First Responder & They Huey P. Newton Foundation inviting our communities into collective practices of rest, restoration, and healing. Through yoga and mindful gathering, we create space to recalibrate and honor rest as an essential part of resistance and liberation. Powered by Prana to the People.

Held the last Wednesday of each month at Black Panther Party Museum.

This event is free for the community, but donations for our rotating facilitators are always welcome and encouraged. BYOM (Bring your own mat!)
